- Trust your intuition - your own internal truth sensor. If you're guided to give it a go, do. Even if you can't mentally figure it out - surrender your mind
- Find a practitioner that resonates with you - if you're a practical skeptic, find someone who speaks sense, not intangible energy related blurb - but do remember that language is limited compared to experience
